Hands-on cooperating foreman: your responsibilities
- Directing and guiding the enthusiastic employees in the warehouse;
- Achieve the agreed goals together with the team;
- Monitoring the quality of services
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions together with your team;
- Promote mutual cooperation between the Business Units;
- Make a positive contribution to management changes;
- Quality control of compliance with procedures;
- Developing, guiding and inspiring employees;
- Resolve problems and conflicts where necessary.
Your work includes managing a team of warehouse employees, drivers and other logistics professionals. You are responsible for dividing tasks, monitoring progress and ensuring efficiency and quality within the team. In addition to leading the team, you actively participate in operational tasks such as loading and unloading goods, organizing transport and managing inventory levels. You act as an example to the team by participating yourself and showing a hands-on approach.
Hands-on cooperative foreman: your profile
To excel in this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
- MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level;
- Relevant work experience, preferably in a managerial position;
- Being able to think process-oriented;
- Customer oriented;
- You see opportunities and possibilities and have social and communication skills;
- Masters the Dutch, English and German language (writing & speaking);
- Energetic, stress-resistant and flexible (no 9 to 5 mentality);
- You recognize yourself in our core values: no-nonsense, respect, integrity and commitment and you are sociable and collegial.
